Privacy
We do not hold your invoices.

The short version
Bily has no account, no login and no database of ours holding anybody's financial records. Your invoices, customers, business details and bank details are stored on your own devices and, if you have iCloud on, in your own iCloud account. We have no access to either.
What actually leaves your phone
Three things, and none of them is your data.

Consent
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Bily asks you once, before collecting anything, and sends nothing unless you agree. Everywhere else analytics start on by default. In every country there is a switch in Settings under Privacy that turns them off, and turning it off stops collection immediately.
Crash reports
Crash and hang diagnostics come from MetricKit, Apple's own reporting framework. They describe where the code failed. They do not contain the contents of your documents.
What we never do
- We do not sell or share your information with advertisers or data brokers.
- We do not ask for your email address, and we do not send marketing email, because we do not have an address to send it to.
- We do not handle payments between you and your customers, and we never see your bank details.
- We do not track you across other apps or websites.
Your rights
Because we hold no personal information about you, there is nothing for us to export or erase on request. Everything is in your hands: deleting the app removes it from that device, and turning Bily off in your iCloud settings removes the synced copy. There is no copy of ours to chase. To withdraw analytics consent, use the switch in Settings under Privacy.
Children
Bily is a business tool for adults and is not directed at children.
Changes and contact
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the app tells you. Questions about privacy go to the support address.
